- National Trade Certificate (NTC/ITI) and
- National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) in relevant trade

- Regional language knowledge for Tamil Nadu, Telangana/Andhra Pradesh & Karnataka-based units; Hindi for other units

- Will work as Temporary Employee for 1 year; paid as per minimum wages
