HCL Apprentice Salary / Stipend

HCL Apprentice Selection Process
The selection of candidates will be on merit, based on academic performance, with the following weightage:

- For apprenticeships not requiring ITI, selection will be 100% based on 10th class marks. Additionally, candidates must be medically fit. Dependents of current HCL/KCC employees will be given 10 bonus marks.
