KVS Class 1 Admission Process

KVS admissions are conducted through a transparent lottery system in accordance with the official priority rules. Seats are filled step-by-step in the following order:

  1. RTE Lottery: First, 25% seats (around 10 seats) are filled under the RTE quota
  2. CwSN Lottery: Then, seats are allotted to Children with Special Needs (priority-wise)
  3. Priority 1–2: Children of Central Govt/ Defence employees
  4. SC / ST / OBC-NCL: Remaining reserved category seats (if any shortfall)
  5. Priority 3–5: Other categories, if seats are still vacant

  2. Fill child details (Name, DOB, Gender, Parent info)
  3. Select a maximum of 3 KVS preferences (distance-based)
  4. Upload documents (photo, birth certificate, service proof) (Resize Image Tool)
  5. Submit & download confirmation
  6. No multiple forms (last one considered)
